Kyle Roat

Pastor Roat was saved at the age of 20 while reading through the New Testament. He then became a part of a local congregation. Over the next five years God began to call Kyle to the preaching ministry as he grew to love the Scriptures more and more. Kyle began preaching in the Tuscola County jail and occasionally preaching at churches in the area.  Kyle later visited and preached in Uganda and raised funds for a small school and orphan home. Throughout this time, Kyle had been brought to a clearer understanding of the gospel and a deeper understanding of the reformed faith. His love for the truth grew into a desire to plant Scripturally grounded churches. God’s providence brought this to fruition in the form of Saviors Grace Church in Akron, MI. A small group began meeting in a building in Akron, Mi, in late 2017. The building was purchased by Son’s Life Missionary Church in Sebewaing, MI, and has since been purchased by Savior’s Grace Church at a very generous price. Kyle is married to Samantha Roat (his high-school sweetheart), and they have 3 wonderful children. The Lord has graciously provided for Kyle to further his education, by working toward a Master of Divinity degree through Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary. Kyle is not his own, but has been bought with a price, and seeks to glorify his benefactor.
